Prep for the CMA certification exam. $100 exam fee included. Prerequisites: proficient in reading, speaking and understanding English, high school diploma or GED, current CNA card with CNA work experience (6 months at least), proof of TB skin test, social security card, and government photo ID. This class is "Part 2" of the series, where students with a bit of sewing skill can work on more advanced pieces. Specific projects will be determined based on interest, difficulty, and instructor insight.

• If you have one, a sewing machine including bobbin that fits your machine
• 1/2 to 1 yard of fabric
• one spool of thread
• hand sewing needle
• Scissors
• anything you'd like to sew a button onto

This class will take place at the ICTC Tahlequah Campus. The best address is 240 Career Tech Way. This campus is just north of Choctaw, near-ish the Highschool Baseball frields

This course will have 7 sessions, but will have two 1-week gaps. Class dates will be October 13th and 20th, November 3rd, 10th, 17th, and December 1st and 7th.   

Where do you start? Medicare can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. You’ll break down the basics of Medicare, including Parts A, B, C, and D, as well as Medigap coverage, so you can better understand your options and make informed decisions.

You’ll explore its history, structure, and how it works, along with key topics like eligibility, benefits, and the application process. By the end, you’ll have the foundational knowledge needed to better navigate and understand your Social Security options.

The American Heart Association’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.
