The inital cost for the CLEET Phase I and II exam is included for the first exam. If you do not pass the initial exam the cost to retest is $50.00

This course is designed for newbies, focusing on the use of cake decorating tools with buttercream icing. You'll discover how to fill your piping bag, maintain the right angle while you're holding it, and how to apply the right pressure with different piping tips. By the time you finish the course, you'll have the ability to decorate a basic cake with borders, create drop flowers with leaves, and do some simple writing.
Small Engine Maintenance & Repair

Identify parts, disassemble and reassemble small engines, troubleshoot and repair. Designed for all levels. Most tools and supplies are provided. We welcome home projects. However, home projects must be taken home at the end of each class day!
