Knife Sharpening 101 is a foundational framework that teaches how to restore a razor-sharp edge to a dull blade by physically removing metal to create a new cutting edge This fundamental skill ensures outdoor and kitchen safety, as sharp knives cut smoothly without slipping, reducing the risk of accidental injury. (Mo more than 4 knives per student!) 

Identify parts, disassemble and reassemble small engines, troubleshoot and repair. Designed for all levels. Most tools and supplies provided. Bring a project from home. 

Covers diabetes care including insulin administration, endocrine system, testing blood glucose levels and more. $40 exam fee included. Prerequisite: Current CMA license.
