EMT - Emergency Medical Tech (Intro)

Start the OSDH/EMS-approved Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Program. Covers CPR, control of bleeding and fractures, heart attack, chock and more. Clinical hours conducted in surgical departments, ICUs, ERs and EMS units. Learn head/neck anatomy dental terms, radiology placement of X-Ray film, charting, instrumentation, chairside assisting and more.  

To request an application for the Dental Assistant program, email michael.payne@ictech.edu for an application. This class meets 8 hours a week and 4 hours 1 Saturday a month and runs for 49 weeks on the calendar as we included dates school is closed for holidays.

For the theory modules, you can join the instructor face-to-face at the Tahlequah campus or you can join virtually from home, let us know. We'll set you up at a campus computer lab. 

All skills days must be attended in person at the Tahlequah campus.

Dog Obedience Training

Participate in our 18-hour class with Ms. Toni, our dog whisperer, and discover effective techniques and strategies to teach your dog to become a more integral member of your family. Required: Proof of current vaccinations, a 4 to 6 foot leash, and dog crate. Dogs must be in crates when not running drills. This class fills quickly and usually has a waiting list, so full payment is due at time of registration.  

Guitar 1 & 2

Joesf has been instructing individuals in guitar for almost 30 years. His pedagogical approach is designed to connect with guitar enthusiasts at their current level. This class acts as a foundational introduction to the instrument and grants students immediate access to music-making on the guitar. Focus points will include open forum discussion, proper techniques for holding, strumming and more.  His favorite saying is-correction, direction, and accountability.  Come join the fun and learn to create music.
