Grant Writing In-Depth

Come join Ms. June for this in-depth grant writing class that is sure to teach you everything you need to to know about writing a successful grant proposal! In this 12 hour class, you will start by sharing your vision of impact and articulate why funding is needed. Once shared you will break into small groups and decide on one or more particular grants and work as a team to create a well-written grant. As a group you will gain an understanding about how to research grantmaking agencies/organizations, how to include the primary elements included in all grant proposals, and how how to read grant solicitations and how to develop competitive proposals that meet the requirements of the solicitations. Class must be paid 24 hours in advance, no one will be allow to join the class after the class starts.

Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Prep for the CMA certification exam. $100 exam fee included. Prerequisites: proficient in reading, speaking and understanding English, HS diploma or GED, current CNA card with CNA work experience (6 months at least), proof of TB skin test, social security card, and government photo ID. You must be fully paid or have a signed payment plan agreement on file at least 7 days prior to the class start date. This class requires a $60 non-refundable fee, which includes application processing and a criminal background check. Registration is pending the results of your background check.
