Phlebotomy
with Renee Logston, Sallisaw Campus
Covers all the skills a certified Phlebotomy tech needs, including venipuncture, safety and biohazards. Prepares you for the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) exam. Skill labs include a minimum of 40 live draws. Most will be conducted with volunteers during class, but ICTC will also schedule you for 8 to 16 hours of clinical time in area hospital labs and medical facilities. If you currently work at a healthcare facility, you may also complete live draws on the job at your employer's facility.
For the AMCA certification exam, ICTC charges a $25 exam proctor fee, which is included. AMCA will charge $109 for the national certification exam, which you will pay directly to AMCA and isn't included in the cost listed here. You will receive study guides, a practice app and more.

Stained Glass: Wrapped in Copper Foil

Looking for a new art experience? This class is for beginners to those with intermediate skills. You will leteaches the copper foil method to create a stained glass piece. You will learn to cut, grind, wrap with copper foil and solder your pieces together. Anyone can join in this fun project-based class. "!

Beekeeping
with Mike Landry, Muskogee Campus
This class is designed for the hands-on learner. Novice and experienced beekeepers are welcome to enroll. Come explore bee habits, bee culture, equipment needs, hive maintenance and honey harvesting.
Cake Decorating with Buttercream I
with Savannah Coon, Stilwell Campus
Create leaves, roses, rose buds, borders and intricate designs with glazing, piping and scripts. Bring your own cakes and icing. Additional supply fees may apply, but these will be discussed during the first class session or emailed to you before the class starts.
