This class is the next step to advancing your cake decorating skills. You will learn more advanced buttercream techniques from covering the cake to creating intricate designs and decorations. You will learn the importance of cake leveling, various detailed cake borders, roses, flowers with vines, basic designs using drop strings and ruffle borders, and how to pipe basic shapes and figures. Note: You will need to bring one box of White Pillsbury cake mix.
