Covers all the skills a certified Phlebotomy tech needs, including venipuncture, safety and biohazards. Prepares you for the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) exam.

Skill labs include a minimum of 40 live draws. Most will be conducted with volunteers during class, but ICTC will also schedule you for 8 to 16 hours of clinical time in area hospital labs and medical facilities. If you currently work at a healthcare facility, you may also complete live draws on the job at your employer's facility.

For the AMCA certification exam, ICTC charges a $25 exam proctor fee, which is included. AMCA will charge $109 for the national certification exam, which you will pay directly to AMCA and isn't included in the cost listed here. You will receive study guides, a practice app and more.

Where do you begin? Medicare can be confusing but it doesn’t have to be. Learn about the basics of Medicare parts A, B, C, D and Medigap.

Come and join us and create some hoppy treats for Easter. Additional supplies are needed:

• At least 6 cupcakes - any size / shape
• At least 6 cutout cookies - any flavor / shape
• 1 unit of frosting - buttercream or whipped (You're welcome to mix your frosting ahead of time, or bring additional bowls, spoons, rubber spatula, and food coloring. We will will be sticking to pastels and greens)
• 6-10 piping bags (Reusable or disposable)
• Kitchen Towel / Washcloth
• Bag to take home any dirty utensils
• Apron (optional)
• Container or box to take baked goods home in

Prep for the CNA certification exam. Learn to provide direct patient care in a long-term care nursing facility. Requirements: 100% attendance.

Phase IV training is back at ICTC Muskogee! Prep for the CLEET Phase IV Armed Security Guard test. Test Cost is included in the cost of class.

Prerequisites: Phase 1 & 2 certification and MMPI test along with the application - Please contact macy.watson@ictech.edu  for an application. This Class is not held at ICTC, it will be held at Glenndale Grace Firearms and Training 3375 W 60th St. N. Porter OK

Explore basic welding for home, farm and shop repair. Covers gas cutting and welding, Arc, MIG and TIG welding as skills develop. Use heat to create metal objects (ornamental and functional) with welding and cutting torches. Additional supply charges may apply, but these will either be discussed with you during the first class session or emailed to you before class starts. Supplies you will need to bring with are a welding hood and welding gloves.  It is encouraged that  you wear long sleeves preferably welding shirts.

This 2-hour class is designed to provide you with the knowledge to help you become situationally aware and to establish a "protector mindset". Learn to identify potential dangers, how to avoid them, and deescalate if necesary, while planning for home safety and what to do in emergency situations both inside and outside the home.
