Learn the art of bellydance for fun and fitness. Bellydance provides a whole body workout, no matter your level of athletic ability. Beginners welcome. Last semester, these classes were super popular and filled quickly. Campuses are closed March 16-20 for Spring Break.

For the beginner or the emerging artist. Students will create a number of canvases and may participate in the Final Class Project Art Show. This class is for those whom may have never painted, or are intimidated by a blank canvas.

You will learn from the simplest of things such as threading a needle, basic sticthes, fabric cutting, replacing zippers, hemming and more. You will also learn to create a few simple projects such as an apron while gaining an understanding of your sewing machine.

In this course, you will discover how to address typical household eletrical prblems safely and with confidence, understand the distinction between AC and DC power, and learn to utilie You Tube videos to help reduce expenses of repairs you can manage on your own.
Special Ed Paraprofessional: Tier II
with Marian Turner, Tahlequah Campus
To qualify for this class, you must first meet the criteria for a Tier I paraprofessional credential. In this 24 hour class, you will engage in hands-on learning to prepare yourself for assisting students and special education teachers with instructional and non-instructional classroom activities. Upon completion, you will receive your Tier 2 certification. No exam is required.
