EMT - Emergency Medical Tech (Intro)

Long-Term Care Nurse Aide (LTCNA)-Evening|Blended

Prep for the CNA certificaion exam. Learn to provide direct patient care in a long-term care nursing facility. Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Skills and written exam costs are included. Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification
with April Floyd, Muskogee Campus
This Certified Medication Aide class in Oklahoma prepares you to safely administer routine medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You’ll learn proper medication handling, documentation, safety procedures, and state regulations. Designed for healthcare professionals, this training helps you build the skills needed to expand your role in long-term care and support quality patient care. This class will also prepare you for your CMA certification exam. Prerequisites: proficient in reading, speaking and understanding English, HS diploma or GED, current CNA card with CNA work experience (6 months at least), proof of TB skin test, social security card, and government photo ID. You must be fully paid or have a signed payment plan agreement on file at least 7 days prior to the class start date. Cost includes the $100 exam fee. A $60 non-refundable fee is required, which includes application processing and a criminal background check. Registration is pending the results of your background check. Core Excel Skills

In this class, the objective is to familiarize you with the fundamental components of Microsoft Excel. You will acquire skills in data entry navigation, basic formatting, and several key formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, along with the creation of simple charts. .
Phlebotomy
with Jolene Paden, Tahlequah Campus
Covers all the skills a certified Phlebotomy tech needs, including venipuncture, safety and biohazards.
Skill labs include a minimum of 40 live draws. Most will be conducted with volunteers during class. If you currently work at a healthcare facility, you may also complete live draws on the job at your employer's facility.

Pharmacy Tech

This program is crafted to equip you with the essential knowledge regarding the skills that pharmacy technicians should possess. You will explore the history, terminology, laws, and standards that govern the profession. Furthermore, you will gain insights into how to categorize drugs, perform conversion calculations, distinguish between various types of medications, and get ready for the PTCB certification exam. Required: High school diploma or GED.

Our 123 hour class is a combination of online and in-person learning. The first and last class along with 3 Saturdays (TBD) will require attendance in person at the Muskogee Campus.
This class is blended. In-person with instructor at host campus (Muskogee) and/or via Google Meet or Google Classroom from home on your own computer or one we loan you.
If taken from Sallisaw area, you the student, will be required to attend the first evening at the Muskogee ICTC campus. More info will be provided upon registration.

Pharmacy Tech | Blended

Our Hybrid class of 123 hours are a combination of online classes In-person- Pharmacy Tech Classes. The first class and the last class will be held at the Muskogee campus 6-9pm. The class will start Monday, August 17th (Orientation) through Wednesday, December 16th. The class is will held on some Mondays 6-9pm: August 17th, Sept. 9th, Oct. 12th, and Nov. 16th. Some Saturdays which will all be held at the Muskogee campus 9-12pm - Sept. 26th, Oct. 24th ,Dec. 5th. and Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-9pm online. The instructor will go over the schedule at orienation, and information about the google classroom.

Pharmacy Tech |Blended
with Teresa Foster, Tahlequah Campus
This class will be a combination of virtual and in person. The first class will require attendance in person at the Muskogee Campus. Remaining classes will be through your home campus.
Pharm Techs are in high demand, with many major pharmacy chains now offering signing bonuses of at least $5,000. Learn the theory and basics of pharmacy info systems, drug conversions and more. Prep for the PTCB certification exam. Prerequisites: WorkKeys Assessment scores (Applied Math 4, Graphic Literacy 3 and Workplace Documents 5), high school diploma or GED.
This is a collaboration class between Tahlequah and the other ICTC Campuses, with the instructor being based out of the Muskogee Campus and teaching virtually to other students.
The first and last class sessions are in-person in Muskogee, and there are 3-4 lab sessions to be hosted on the Muskogee Campus on Saturday mornings.
