Just Desserts
with Rhonda Cravens, Muskogee Campus
In this 2 hour class, learn the techniques and skills necessary to create a perfect, flaky pie crust from scratch. The class will cover topics like selecting the right ingredients, proper handling of dough, rolling techniques, and more.
Required: Bring a can of pie filling of your choice and a pie carrier, so you can transport your pie home with you.
School Bus Driver Certification
with Dart Drummond, Stilwell Campus
Includes 36 hours of class and drive time. You must take this class or the online training before taking the pre-trip inspection and driving exams.
Please register for the class with first and last legal name as it appears on your Drivers License. This is very important in scheduling your test.
Required: valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, no prior felonies in the past 10 years, CDL Class A or B permit with Passenger and School Bus endorsements and a completed DL-18 form from DPS before enrollment.
This class will begin on a Saturday 7 am to 5 pm. Monday through Thursday 5 to 10 pm, and return the following Tuesday 5 to 10 pm.

Long-Term Care Nurse Aide (LTCNA) - Day
with Jo Breedlove, Muskogee Campus
Prep for the CNA certification exam. Learn to provide direct patient care in a long-term care nursing facility. Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Exam cost included. To request an application, contact belinda.hopkins@ictech.edu
Advanced Emergency Medical Tech (AEMT)
with Ray Yerby, Stilwell Campus
Expand knowledge of emergency medicine, pre-hospital care skills, trauma management and more. Clinical hours conducted in surgical departments, ICUs, ERs and EMS units. Pre-requisite: Current EMT certification, NIMS 100 and 700, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support and Hazwoper certification. This is a 344-hour training that meets six hours a day, three days a week. At least 90% attendance is required. ONLINE ENROLLMENT IS PROHIBITED, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PACKET AND SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOU CAN ENROLL INTO THIS CLASS.
