A pandemic and economic collapse resulted in emergency eviction moratoriums and protections for those renting their homes. With more than 100 million tenants renting throughout the U.S., understanding your rights and responsibilities as a landlord and as a tenant is critical.

Taught by a lawyer, who manages rental properties, you will get your questions answered. The class also covers Oklahoma's Landlord-Tenant Act, what a "good" lease might include, what the eviction process looks like and some practical tips for maintaining a good relationship between landlords and tenants.
