Breadmaking

Tired of ending up with dry, crumbly loaves of bread after hours of mixing, kneading, waiting, and keeping your fingers crossed? Spend four hours with us; we'll banish your yeast anxiety forever!
Come join Ms. LaDonna in learning the art of making different breads. You'll learn how to work with yeast, why breads rise or don't. She will teach you the way to shape dough, how to know when it's ready to bake, and how to keep loaves tender and light.
School Bus Driver Certification
with Dart Drummond, Stilwell Campus

Includes 36 hours of class and drive time. You must take this class or the online training before taking the pre-trip inspection and driving exams.
Please register for the class with first and last legal name as it appears on your Drivers License. This is very important in scheduling your test.
Required: valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, no prior felonies in the past 10 years, CDL Class A or B permit with Passenger and School Bus endorsements and a completed DL-18 form from DPS before enrollment.
This class will be Monday through Thursday 5 to 10 pm, then Saturday 7 am to 5 pm.

CMA Update-CEUs
with Arlena Rhodes, Sallisaw Campus

Earn 8 Hours of OSDH-approved continuing education. Renewal application and completion certificate provided. Prerequisite: Current CMA license.
School Bus Driver Certification
with Muskogee Campus

This training starts with a Saturday session, 8am to 4:30pm. After that, the class meets Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 9pm. Includes 35 hours of class and drive time. You must take this class or the online training before taking the pre-trip inspection and driving exams.
Required: valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, no prior felonies in the past 10 years, CDL Class A or B permit with Passenger and School Bus endorsements and a completed DL-18 form from DPS at least 1 week before class starts.
Written exams for the permit and endorsements can be taken at ICTC's Muskogee campus. To schedule these exams, email Diana.Mueller@ictech.edu. CPR HEARTSAVERS

Medication Administration Technician (MAT)

Required for all group homes and residential care employees who administer or monitor medicines.
Sewing Basics
with Maggie Pickett, Muskogee Campus

Join Ms. Maggie to learn the fundamentals of sewing. You will learn from the simplest of things such as threading a needle, basic sticthes, fabric cutting, replacing zippers, hemming and more. You will also learn to create a few simple projects such as an apron while gaining an understanding of your sewing machine. Ms. Maggie will be in touch prior to the beginning of class with more information.
Required: Sewing machine and materials such as needles, thread, scissors, etc.
