NEW! Tiered Cakes & Designer Buttercream

This class is the next step to advancing your cake decorating skills. You will learn more advanced buttercream techniques from covering the cake to creating intricate designs and decorations. You will learn the importance of cake leveling, various detailed cake borders, roses, flowers with vines, basic designs using drop strings and ruffle borders, and how to pipe basic shapes and figures. Note: You will need to bring one box of White Pillsbury cake mix.
Residential & Commercial Cleaning

Lisa Osburn has been cleaning professionally for 10+ years, and is wanting to train the next batch of folks working behind the scenes to keep the homes, businesses, and facilities in Tahlequah clean and tidy.
This class will focus on the ins and outs of being a commercial cleaner, as well as starting the conversations of what it looks like to kickstart your own business.
We hope that the class certificiate from this course will allow folks to have more legitimacy when applying to work on existing crews, or marketing themselves to new clients.
Stained Glass: Intro to Copper Foil
with Roni Cravens, Tahlequah Campus
This class is great for beginners to the Stained Glass Hobby! We will be going over the introductory processes of working with stained glass, and joining peices using the copper foil technique. Learn about tracing, cutting, grinding, and soldering.
Leave with new friends, and appreciation for a unique art, and some nice handmande pieces of your own!
Note: This class will require you to bring 2-3 panes of your own glass to use in your projects. Closer to the start date we will send out potential patterns so you can be strategic with color choices for your glass.
