CPR class for CPR/BLS

Our class is designed to provide you the chance to experience the joy of making pastry from scratch. Each class titled "Perfect Pastry" will cover a different topic. Call to find out what you will be making in this class.

Our 80 hour class teaches you direct care skills needed to work in a variety of settings (nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilites). It is a competency -based program that prepares you for the CNA certification exam. Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Exam cost included. Learn the basics of playing the guitar.  Make new friends and sing along with the class....it's a great way to become a musician.

Discover the ancient art of stained glass design and construction in this beginner-friendly class. Begin your experience in stained glass by choosing your own glass for a large fleur-de-lies design.  You will learn, cutting, grinding and shaping, foiling and saudering.  No experience is required.  You will be asked to bring your own purchased glass to the first class.  Information will be sent by the instructor prior to the first class.   

Learn how to make cheese with Samantha Burroughs

For the beginner or the emerging artist. Students will create a number of canvases and may participate in the Final Class Project Art Show. This class is for those whom may have never painted, or are intimidated by a blank canvas.

You will learn from the simplest of things such as threading a needle, basic sticthes, fabric cutting, replacing zippers, hemming and more.  You will also learn to create a few simple projects such as an apron while gaining an understanding of your sewing machine.
