Long-Term Care Nurse Aide (LTCNA) - Day

Our 2 week - fast track 80-hour course offers training in direct care skills that are crucial for working in various settings, such as nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. Our competency-based program is tailored to prepare you with the knowledge and skills needed for the CNA certification exam and skills test.Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Phlebotomy
with Jolene Paden, Tahlequah Campus
Covers all the skills a certified Phlebotomy tech needs, including venipuncture, safety and biohazards.
Skill labs include a minimum of 40 live draws. Most will be conducted with volunteers during class. If you currently work at a healthcare facility, you may also complete live draws on the job at your employer's facility.

Phlebotomy
with Renee Logston, Sallisaw Campus
Covers all the skills a certified Phlebotomy tech needs, including venipuncture, safety and biohazards. Prepares you for the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) exam. Skill labs include a minimum of 40 live draws. Most will be conducted with volunteers during class, but ICTC will also schedule you for 8 to 16 hours of clinical time in area hospital labs and medical facilities. If you currently work at a healthcare facility, you may also complete live draws on the job at your employer's facility.
