Quilt Making

Discover the art of crafting beautiful quilts. During this hands-on class you will learn the fundamental skills of quilt making. You will learn tips on selecting fabric, proper use of the rotary cutter, mat and ruler, and learn how to use the tools to cut accurately. You will gain helpful tips on fabric selection, reading the pattern, stitching, and strip piecing. You will also learn the skill of how to place quilt bloscks together, the method of sandwiching the top and back batting and how to bind the quilt.
All students are required to bring their own sewing machine. Additional supply charges may apply, but these will be discussed during the first class session and time allowed to go purchase necessary materials. The instructor may contact you prior to the start of class.
Stained Glass:Suncatchers
with Shelly Moore, Muskogee Campus

In this hands-on class, absolute beginners will learn how to cut, shape and assemble glass pieces using copper overlay detail and leave the class with a beautiful glass suncatcher. Required: Bring 4 sheets of different colored glass which you can purchase from Hobby Lobby or Amazon.
Welding for Home to Farm 1
with Mark Moran, Muskogee Campus

Our 18 hour class begins with a Monday with a 2 hour introduction and finishes with two full Saturdays. It is designed to cover basic welding skills necessary for repairing and fabricating metal items around the home and farm. The class will start with safety first and includes welding processes like stick, MIG, ARC welding and cutting.
Yoga-Evening

NEW! Cake Decorating with Buttercream III

Prerequisite: Must have completed Buttercream I & II. Continue to hone your cake decorating skills in this next level class. You will learn how to assemble stacked cakes, side garland techniques, intricate border designs, roses, applying piping gel, and the new exciting skill of how to use an airbrush sprayer.
NEW! Grant Writing 2

****Please Note, registration closes 24 hours prior to the class start time, we cannot accept enrollment on the night of classs****
***In this 15 hour class you will take a deeper dive into grant writing. Use the information learned in Grant Writing 1 to develop a grant strategy, conduct an actual grant opportunity search for your organization, school, non-profit, etc. Write & send letters of intent / introduction, develop write & apply for at least one grant in a supervised training environment.
Phase IV Armed Security Guard

Phase IV training is back at ICTC Muskogee! Prep for the CLEET Phase IV Armed Security Guard test. Test Cost is included in the cost of class.
