Come join Ms. LaDonna in learning the art of making different breads.  You'll learn how to work with yeast, why breads rise or don't.  She will teach you the way to shape dough, how to know when it's ready to bake, and how to keep loaves tender and light. 

Come join Ms. Rhonda in making a colorful sun catcher. During this class, you  will cut, foil, and solder a 3-6 piece sun catcher sure to beautify any window in your home. 

Required:  Bring 4 sheets of different colored glass, which you can find at Hobby Lobby.  

Have you ever thought about growing chestnuts?  In this 2 hour class with Mr. Roy, you will learn the historical significance of the American Chestnut and the downfall of it along with ongoing restoration efforts.  You will gain practical knowledge about growing chestnut trees and learn the benefits of chestnuts for human consumption and wildlife.  

Includes 36 hours of class and drive time. You must take this class or the online training before taking the pre-trip inspection and driving exams.

Please register for the class with first and last legal name as it appears on your Drivers License. This is very important in scheduling your test. 

Required: valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, no prior felonies in the past 10 years, CDL Class A or B permit with Passenger and School Bus endorsements and a completed DL-18 form from DPS  before enrollment.

Almost everyone can benefit from having a last will and testament. But going to a law firm to have a will drawn up can be expensive. The first half of this course will provide you with the detailed knowledge of what wills do, whether or not you need one, and how to make sure your will survives a legal challenge. During the second half of class, you'll draft your own will with the instructor's expert guidance. Class Must be paid for at time of registration.

Most Americans who own a home, a car, or another titled/deeded asset can benefit from a trust. But what kind of trust do you need? What are the tax implications of a trust? Can someone change their trust after it is created? Can someone else change my trust after I die? People are full of questions surrounding this area of estate planning, and many of the beliefs and available information aren't true.

Learn the basics of trusts, such as what a trust is, how it works, the benefits, and the major types of trusts from an experienced attorney.

You can join the class from home or work. If you don't have a computer or reliable Internet connection, let us know. We'll set you up in one of our campus computer labs.
