You’ll also write and submit at least one full grant application in a guided, hands-on training environment.

Master the basics of boat motor and small engine repair in this hands-on class. Learn to troubleshoot problems, perform routine maintenance, and keep your equipment running strong. Learn beginning Mandolin.  Bring your own instrument and come join us for the class.  You'll learn the basics of beginning Mandolin

This class is the next step to advancing your cake decorating skills. You will learn more advanced buttercream techniques from covering the cake to creating intricate designs and decorations. You will learn the importance of cake leveling, various detailed cake borders, roses, flowers with vines, basic designs using drop strings and ruffle borders, and how to pipe basic shapes and figures. Note: You will need to bring one box of White Pillsbury cake mix.

Bring birds to life with color and creativity in this fun painting class! Learn simple techniques to capture feathers, shapes, and personality while creating your own beautiful bird artwork. Perfect for all skill levels, you’ll leave with a finished piece to be proud of.

Explore basic welding for home, farm and shop repair. Covers gas cutting and welding, Arc, MIG and TIG welding as skills develop. Use heat to create metal objects (ornamental and functional) with welding and cutting torches. Additional supply charges may apply, but these will either be discussed with you during the first class session or emailed to you before class starts. Supplies you will need to bring with are a welding hood and welding gloves.  It is encouraged that  you wear long sleeves preferably welding shirts.
