This is a beginner cake decorating class which will introduce you to the fundamentals of cake decorating, covering basic techniques such as leveling cake layers, filling and holding the piping bag to selecting different tips for designing a basic cake.

Come join Ms. LaDonna in learning the art of making different breads.  You'll learn how to work with yeast, why breads rise or don't.  She will teach you the way to shape dough, how to know when it's ready to bake, and how to keep loaves tender and light. 

Learn the basics of how to set up your own backyard poultry farm. Covers the amount of space needed, the types of coops, and the types of chickens that will best meet your needs.

In this 2 hour class, learn to bake the best banana bread ever!  During this class, discuss the art of baking such as baking essentials, tools, and choosing the perfect ingredients to make this treat.  

Required:  Bring your own baking dish for transport of your home baked bread

It meets requirements for DHS chilcare licensing.  

Learn first aid basics including medical, injury, poison, and environmental emergencies, preventing illnesses and injuries and controlling bleeding & bandaging. Covers topics like using a tourniquet, shock, internal bleeding, burns and electrical injuries, allergic reactions, breathing problems & dehydration, diabetes & low blood sugar, heat-and cold-related emergencies, drowning, amputations, bites and stings, broken bones and sprains. Also covers splinters, nose bleeds, fainting, seizures, and injuries to the head, eyes, neck, spine, mouth, and teeth.

Phase IV training is back at ICTC Muskogee! Prep for the CLEET Phase IV Armed Security Guard test.  Mar. 20, 21 & 27, 28 from 6pm-8pm.  Mar. 29, April 5, & 12 9am-5pm.  Prerequisites: Phase 1 & 2 certification and MMPI test.
