Finding Your Voice: Introduction to Poetry & Spoken Word

Through fun prompts, guided writing, and interactive discussion, learners will discover how to turn thoughts and experiences into meaningful pieces. The class will introduce basic elements of poetry, rhythm, and performance techniques, helping build confidence in sharing work aloud. Whether you’re new to writing or looking to reconnect with your creative voice, this class offers a supportive space to create, reflect, and speak your truth.

This is a 2-hour non-shooting class. The main emphasis is placed on creating a safe environment and fostering responsible gun ownerhip and habits for all household members. Families gain knowledge and skills necessary for the safe handling and secure storage of firearms and ammunition in the home. It will also touch on accident prevention, how to talk to children about guns, and the proper response if a child enounters an unattended firearm.

Sewing Basics

This class is for a beginner who wants to learn how to thread the machine and wind a bobbin, as well as gain a basic understanding of how the machine works.  Come discover the joy of sewing by creating a double pot holder, a pillowcase, an apron or a pattern of your choice(no zippers).

Required:  All students must bring their own sewing machine, scissors, thread, pins, and pin cushion, tape measure, thimble, and fabric of your choice.

Our Driver Education program meets the State of Oklahoma requirements of ten hours of classroom instruction and six hours of behind-the-wheel driving.

Classroom instruction will prepare each student for the written permit test.

Behind-the wheel driving will be scheduled after the classroom instruction has been completed.

Our 80 hour class provides instruction in direct care skills essential for employment in diverse environments, including nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilites. Our competency -based is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills for both the CNA certification exam and skills test. Phlebotomy

Calendar May 5, 2026 at 5 pm, runs for 8 weeks

Covers all the skills a certified Phlebotomy tech needs, including venipuncture, safety and biohazards. Prepares you for the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) exam. Skill labs include a minimum of 40 live draws. Some will be conducted with volunteers during class, but ICTC will also schedule you for 8 to 24 hours of clinical time in area hospital labs and medical facilities. If you currently work at a healthcare facility, you may also complete live draws on the job at your employer's facility.
