Discover the ancient art of stained glass design and construction in this beginner-friendly class.  You will learn, cutting, grinding and shaping, foiling and saudering.  You will design your own large fleur-de-lies using your own glass selection. No experience is required. 

Required:  Bring 5 sheets of glass, 3 of any color and two must be the same color, you can find at Hobby Lobby.  

This class will be a combination of virtual and in person. The first and last class will require attendance in person at the Muskogee Campus, along with 3 Saturday classes. Remaining classes will be held virtually.

In this 2 hour class, learn the techniques and skills necessary to create a perfect, flaky pie crust from scratch.  The class will cover topics like selecting the right ingredients, proper handling of dough, rolling techniques, and more.  

Required: Bring a can of pie filling of your choice and a pie carrier, so you can transport your pie home with you.  

Prep for the CNA certification exam. Learn to provide direct patient care in a long-term care nursing facility. Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Exam cost included.
