Required: Bring your canning supplies-canner, jars, seals, rings, favorite recipes and what you will be canning. This class covers the basics of safe, time-tested techniques of pressure canning, water bath canning, and fermentation.

Building on what you learned in Basic Electric 1, this course dives into the two primary methods for arranging components in a circuit: Series and Parallel. Students will expand their understanding beyond single-load circuits and discover how multi-device circuits function in real-world scenarios, particularly examining why household wiring is configured in parallel while other devices are set up in series.
