Woodturning Basics - Bowl Turning gives you the opportunity to explore the basic aspects and understanding of preparing wood from a raw source to creating a functional bowl. Safety, as well as learning the parts of a lathe is essential to begin your own projects. This course will cover the correct methods of using different woodturning tools to create bowls and will also cover aspects of spindle turning. You will have the opportunity to turn two projects in this short course that will give you the skills to needed begin woodturning on your own.
