This class is the next step to advancing your cake decorating skills. You will learn more advanced buttercream techniques from covering the cake to creating intricate designs and decorations. You will learn the importance of cake leveling, various detailed cake borders, roses, flowers with vines, basic designs using drop strings and ruffle borders, and how to pipe basic shapes and figures. Note: You will need to bring one box of White Pillsbury cake mix.

Learn the art of bellydance for fun and fitness. Bellydance provides a whole body workout, no matter your level of athletic ability. Beginners welcome. Last semester, these classes were super popular and filled quickly.

Join us for a social experience where you can produce a complete piece of artwork to take home. Our instructor will lead you through each step of the painting process, all while you savor some sweet tea or lemonade. The emphasis is on enjoyment rather than achieving technical profieciency.

This class focuses on the role of advanced diabetes care. Learn proper safety, infection control strategies,documentation skills, & how to communicate key information. Cost includes the $40 exam fee. Our Driver Education Deluxe program is designed to provide instruction for those who need more time to practice.  This class provides ten hours of classroom instruction and ten hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction in 5-2 hour sessions.

This course is tailored for novices, emphazing techniques of utilizing tools with buttercream for cake decoration. You will acquire skills in filling your piping bag, maintaning the correct angle while holding the piping bag, and applying the right amount of pressure with various piping tips. Upon finishing the course, you will be capable of decorating a basic cake with border, drop flowers with leaves, and basic writing.
