The relationship between landlords and tenants has never been more scrutinized than in the past few years. A pandemic and economic collapse resulted in emergency eviction moratoriums and protections for those renting their homes. With more than 100 million tenants renting throughout the U.S., understanding your rights and responsibilities as a landlord and as a tenant is critical.

Taught by a lawyer, who manages rental properties, you will get your questions answered. The class also covers Oklahoma's Landlord-Tenant Act, what a "good" lease might include, what the eviction process looks like and some practical tips for maintaining a good relationship between landlords and tenants.

Prep for the CNA certificaion exam. Learn to provide direct patient care in a long-term care nursing facility. Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Exam cost included. Learn to provide emergency medical care in a range of settings, from ambulances to emergency rooms.  Our instructors use the classroom setting and hands-on instruction to teach you what you will need to be prepared to quickloy respond in emergency situations.  ICTC provides the education and training necessary for you to successfully pass the National Registry Exam in order to obtain State and National licensure. 

Class consists of 252 hours.  Clinical rotations will be set-up by ICTC and held in real healthcare settings. 

Requirements: High School Dipoma or GED or college transcript.  Copy of current driver's license, social security card, immunization records, TB skin test-negative result.  

Due to the Memorial Day holiday this class will extend an extra week.  This is an entry level class that will provide you with some basic car maintenance skills so you can inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on your vehicles.  It will include things like oil changes, tire rotation, brake changes, fluid level, checks and more.
