This course is designed by Culinary Foundations to focus on essential culinary skills such as how to properly use a knife, read a recipe, and scale a recipe. Students will also learn proper procedures on prepping and preparing cold and hot foods and will assist the student in obtaining their Serve Safe certification. Additional supply charges may apply.
