Stilwell Campus Classes
Phlebotomy
with Ethin Eagle, Stilwell Campus
Covers all the skills a certified Phlebotomy tech needs, including venipuncture, safety and biohazards. Prepares you for the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) exam.
Skill labs include a minimum of 40 live draws. Most will be conducted with volunteers during class, but ICTC will also schedule you for 8 to 16 hours of clinical time in area hospital labs and medical facilities. If you currently work at a healthcare facility, you may also complete live draws on the job at your employer's facility.
For the AMCA certification exam, ICTC charges a $25 exam proctor fee, which is included. AMCA will charge $109 for the national certification exam, which you will pay directly to AMCA and isn't included in the cost listed here. You will receive study guides, a practice app and more.

Quilt Making
with Crystal Sellers, Stilwell Campus
Gain helpful tips on fabric selection, rotary cutter use, strip piecing and patterns. Additional supply charges may apply, but these will be discussed during the first class session.
Sell your wares created in or outside of class at the Second Annual ICTC Creative Arts Trade Show, which will be at the Muskogee campus, Saturday, April 22, 9am to 2pm. Ask your instructor about participating in your free class booth.

Welding for Home & Farm

Learn the basics of welding for your home or farm needs. This class will meet on Tuesday & Thursday beginning April 2, 2024. It will be from 6 p.m. -9 p.m. The class is a total of 18 hours.

Beekeeping

Explore bee habits, equipment needs, hive maintenance and honey harvesting. You will also learn how to build and maintain a hive.

Long-Term Care Nurse Aide (LTCNA)-Evening
with Connie Hunt, Stilwell Campus
Prep for the CNA certificaion exam. Learn to provide direct patient care in a long-term care nursing facility. Requirements: 100% attendance, background check, proof of TB skin test, government photo ID and social security card. Skills and written exam costs are included.
