Indian Capital Technology Center

This training is  Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Includes 36 hours of class and drive time. You must take this class or the online training before taking the pre-trip inspection and driving exams.

Required: valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, no prior felonies in the past 10 years, CDL Class A or B permit with Passenger and School Bus endorsements and a completed DL-18 form from DPS at least 1 week before class starts.

Written exams for the permit and endorsements can be taken at ICTC's Muskogee campus.
