You will dive into details such as, selecting the right recording equipment and microphones, an introduction to editing software, planning your content, recording and editing your first episode, editing and posting, adding music and sound effects, choosing a podcasing hosting platform, creating podcast artwork and branding, strategies for gaining listeners, prelaunch checklist and launching your podcast to the world. We’ll discover what content is best suited for you and your podcast. You will learn and practice interview skills and so much more. A basic knowledge of computers is necessary. We will give you hands on teaching using the Rodecaster 2 Pro Mixer. Audio editing will be taught with Audacity which is free software that you can put to work on all of your audio projects for years to come.
