Make professional-looking cakes and desserts with fondant, an icing used to make anything from a smooth cake surface to a number of decorative shapes that can be tinted, flavored, molded, formed, twisted, and imprinted. Additional supply charges may apply.

Cake Wars!

Calendar Sep 24, 2019 at 5 pm, runs for 1 week

Get ready for ICTC's version of the Food Network's "Cake Wars." Prep to bake in teams of four, pick up training tips, and then compete. The first night of class covers the contest rules and instructions, the competition theme, and practice techniques for completing your creation in 8 hours. Competition begins the following Saturday. Prerequisite: Cake Decorating with Buttercream, Fondant or comparable skills.
